Description: The inaugural Asheville Beer Week Collaboration Beer is a Hoppy Saison that was developed by members of the Asheville Brewers Alliance (over 20 brewers from around the region). The beer is made with Riverbend Malt House's new Pilsner malt, locally harvested wildflower honey, and dry-hopped with an experimental hop courtesy of Sierra Nevada. This beauty was fermented with a French saison yeast and clocks in at 7% ABV. The beer was proudly brewed and packaged at Green Man's new brewery.
