What is Beer City Fest?

Beer City Festival is the brewers’ beer festival! The 4th Annual BCF will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2013 from 01:00-6:00 p.m. It’s the perfect way to wrap-up ABW 2013 with a big community party.

Every year, the Asheville Brewers Alliance teams up with the good people behind September’s popular Brewgrass Festival. This outdoor beer fest is held in Downtown Asheville on Roger McGuire Green with dozens of breweries and plenty of live music. Partial proceeds from the festival go to local charities.

How do I get tickets?
Tickets are now available online. $4 5 /pp + service charge. Please visit the Beer City Festival website. Designated Driver tickets will be available at the gate.

Don’t drink and drive after the festival! Book at room at festival sponsor and downtown hotel, Aloft.

What are the rules?
By purchasing tickets to the Beer City Festival you agree to be bound by the Terms of Sale, listed below:

Children
This is an event for adults. But if you have to bring the kids, they are welcomed for the price of a designated driver ticket. Kids under 7 get in free.

Terms of Sale
By purchasing tickets to the Beer City Fest, you agree to the following terms:

• All sales are final. No refunds.
• Event is held rain or shine.

Allowed

• Children under 7 must be accompanied by parents (over 7 must buy a Designated Driver ticket)
• Backpack
• Handheld Umbrella
• Chair

Not Allowed

• No one under 18 without a parent.
• No coolers.
• No pets.
• No Frisbees, footballs or any other flying objects.
• No tents.

Festival organizers, at their discretion, reserve the right to deny access to the event or to expel from the event anyone who jeopardizes the safety of festival attendees, event staff or themselves.
